If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and Northern Wellness will issue you a refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened or non-opened).
In-store credits will be applied to your account up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
A 20% restocking/disposal fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Northern Wellness does not refund shipping and handling fees.
